Terms of use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
By using Naija Fit Free you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.
Health and safety
- Naija Fit is not medical advice. Workouts, BMI, calorie and step figures are general information and estimates.
- Talk to a doctor or health worker before starting exercise if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from illness, over 65, or living with a heart, blood pressure, breathing or other condition.
- Stop right away if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, sharp pain or unusual shortness of breath, and get medical help if it doesn't settle.
- Exercise in a safe, clear space on a non-slip floor. You take part at your own risk.
Estimates, not exact numbers
Calories, macros, calories burned, step counts and distances are estimates. Food values are typical figures for common home-cooked portions and change with recipe and portion size. Browser step counting only works while the app is open and can miss or add steps.
Free to use
Naija Fit is free, with no sign-up and no payments. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
Your data
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups if you want them. See our Privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or misuse the app or its hosting. The exercise photos come from the public free-exercise-db project.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it, including lost data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
